Characteristics and application of high precision bearing steel ball

High-precision bearing steel balls are widely used in machinery, instrumentation, petroleum, chemical, automotive, light industry and other fields due to their good dynamic performance, high running accuracy and stable and low noise operation. We know that bearings often need to withstand large pressures and frictions during operation, and therefore have strict requirements on the quality and performance of high-precision bearing steel balls.

 

First, high-precision bearing steel balls should have superior and very uniform hardness and wear resistance, and secondly should have a high elastic limit. At the same time, the uniformity of the chemical composition of the bearing steel, the content and distribution of non-metals and impurities, and the distribution of carbides are all very strict.

 

Generally, the small high-precision bearing steel ball we use is made of high-quality vacuum degassing steel, which is made of GCr15 and processed by internationally advanced processing technology. Accuracy has different precision grades such as G5, G10, G16, etc. It is suitable for all kinds of ball bearings, motor bearings, automotive steel balls, precision machinery, electrical equipment, instruments, transportation tools, household appliances, etc.
